What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is a physical therapy that promotes, restores and maintains physical function and emotional well-being through therapeutic and functional treatment, whilst ensuring an acceptable quality of life. This involves the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and combines observational analysis to identify potential problem areas. Physiotherapy works in conjunction with conventional veterinary medicine and is an essential part of an animal’s recovery process.
Following the Government’s guidelines, Anna Wilson Veterinary Physiotherapy is working in a new way, to safeguard you and your pets, so that treatments can continue. This means that certain health and safety protocols have to be met to ensure a safe working environment. If you have any questions as to physiotherapy or hydrotherapy , please email firstname.lastname@example.org
AWVP would like to thank you for your support and understanding during this time.
Riaflex is a high grade manufacturer of animal and human joint supplements. As a veterinary physiotherapist, I feel that prevention is key, so I advise many clients with animals that suffer with orthopaedic or age related conditions to consider a good joint supplement. This also goes for caring for ourselves! If you would like to know more about Riaflex, send me a message to discuss the benefits.
